- The criminal Outlaws of the Lyccosian cavern states have shown their hand and it cost us one of our capital ships.
The Intelligence Division believes the appearance of three top-line frigates at the supply station means the criminal syndicates have been engaged in a clandestine military buildup, to either defend their planetary operations or expand in the Cluster.
There is no way the Infiltrator Wing will gain supremacy in the Lyccosian archipelago unless we stop the current Outlaw expansionism movements now.
We have a fight on our hands. Let's get to it.
