ITOD: Grey Mission 3.05 - Capture a Decoy
Briefing
- You will attack an enemy Com relay station in a diversionary attack, while ensuring that at least two of the resident Gunboats are captured. You have two objectives - ensure that as many Gunboats are captured as possible, and completely destroy the rest of the relay station and it's guarding craft.
We know that there will be four Assassin class Corvettes, and that the ComSat is surrounded by mines.
You will be in an X-Wing flight, and followed by a Grey A-Wing flight. Cadets will be flying B-Wings, and will be responsible for disabling the Gunboats.
This mission will be very hard because you will have to play "bait" for the Gunboats to allow the Cadets a better chance to do their job. Make sure that the X-Wings don't destroy any of the Gunboats, and that the Cadets leave safely.
Shock group Shuttles will board the disabled Gunboats, program them to circle, and the Odin will enter after 20 minutes to collect them.
