ITOD: OP 8: "Defend Admiral Ackbar"
Briefing
- Admiral Ackbar was travelling to the Sluis Van shipyards along with a supply of torpedos and missiles when his Hyperdrive motivators malfunctioned, freezing half his ship's functions. He has been left stranded in deep space with no shields.
Somehow the Empire has learned of this and is launching an all out attack.
The Star Destroyer Tiger entered the system and is launching Bombers and Interceptors. Ackbar has decided that the two Frigates could not survive such an attack. Out of the fighter groups that voluteered, Rogue squadron was chosen to defend the Admiral.
Your mission is to destroy the Tiger to prevent any further attacks on Ackbar's convoy.
