ITOD: Grey Mission 3.16 - After Ram
Briefing
- The Ram's Head 2 has just launched, and will initiate the attack on the Armada of Opaline and Emerald - using "hyper-hop" technology that we discovered on board Kedrin's Star Destroyer.
General Greedo is confident that the Armada will be in a standard Imperial "holding" formation - in which case we expect to be able to remove most of the Armada before you and our strike force get there.
Grey Flight 1 will be in B-Wings, while Flights 2 and 3 will be in X-Wings. The Cadets will have the A-Wings this time around.
Disable Opaline and Emerald's command craft, and ensure their capture. Be extremely alert for any craft attempting to escape. The Shock Team will have two Corvettes with which to effect the capture, but will also help with Opaline's Frigate using two Transports.
The Ram should be able to make two passes, and take out the main part of the Armada before you arrive. The confusion at the loss of their main power will not last long - be prepared for them to run.
