ITOD: Academy Mission 1.12: Defend & Disable

Briefing

A group of starfighters with Imperial IFF codes attacked us in the last mission, but since they used Rebel starfighters and came in a very small group (with the enthusiasm the Empire has lately shown in trying to catch us, we would've expected them to be swarming all over us after finding out our location), we have come to the conclusion that they weren't really Imperials. To find out who they really are, we have to capture some of their craft, interrogate their crew and search their computer databases for info. A perfect opportunity has arisen. The sensors and sats we have placed all over the asteroid field, have detected another small task force of the same affiliation as the previous coming in. The task force is believed to consist of four Transports and a dozen starfighers. Three Y-wings from Col Flight will fly out and disable two of the four attacking Transports, while fending off attacks on the Odin. The Odin will hold fire so that it won't accidentally hit and destroy the disabled Transports. After the two TRNs have been disabled, two Shuttles from Shock Group will enter and capture them. At this time, Col Flight is to cover the Shock Shuttles AND defend the Odin. [Now, Good luck, and] [>May the Force be with You!]
