ITOD: PP_011 : CHANGE OF PLANS
Briefing
- We have intercepted a communication from the planet's surface. The Imperials are on their way, with a fleet of significant firepower, and can be expected very soon now. Our own fleet is expected at any time as well. This has become a race against the clock. Whichever fleet arrives first, will probably take control of the planet.
We're going to have to make sure, that if that's the Imperials, they will only secure ruins and rubbish. We're going to have to make sure they'll never be able to use the D-type Cargo against peaceful worlds again.
Since the assembled group of fighters is currently the only firepower we have, to do the damage, you are being pulled from the attack against the fighter force protecting the planet's surface. You are going to have to do your damage on the planet's surface itself.
Fly to your designated area, and continue down to the surface.
Destroy as many buildings on the surface as possible, labs, warehouses, research, manufacturing facilities, hangars, storage, you name it, you blow it. Those are your main objectives now.
