ITOD: OP 11A: Destroy Corvette Base
Briefing
- High Command has determined that deceiving the Empire's surveillance network is only part of the solution. Large numbers of Corvettes and Assault Gunboats are conducting reconnaissance. These must be neutralized as well. They can not be altered like the probes, but they can be destroyed!
If we can eliminate enough of them it will force the Empire to rely almost entirely on the altered probes.
Every System Patrol Squadron base in this sector has been targeted for destruction. The base in the [Farfeld] system will be one of the toughest, so [Red] Squadron has been chosen to take it out.
Three B-wings will be sufficient. Do not allow any of the Corvettes to escape. Be sure to wipe out the entire facility.
