Subterrel Force Imperilled
Azemin --- RS forces in the Subterrel Sector were pushed to the brink ten days ago, as a fleet of Imperial Star Destroyers executed a relentless invasion of all forward holdings of the Subterrel Strike Force. No complete reports of losses and casualties have been confirmed, but it is believed to have been a devastating blow to the New Republic's war effort in the region, with such iconic figures as Commodore Qel-Droma and Admiral Falcion among those missing in action.
Rumours have been confirmed that in the wake of the devastating Imperial invasion, which occurred the day before Restoration Day, Admiral Raven led the beleaguered RS strike force on a critical mission of heroism which resulted in a major strategic victory, causing a rapid turnaround in the strike force's fortunes.
This essential victory has reportedly caused the Imperial advance to stumble and halter, opening up gaps which the strike force has taken advantage of. It is believed RS forces are persistently harassing the enemy fleet, causing untold levels of damage to the Imperial foes.
