Kyroc System Temporarily Lost
Kyroc -- Two days ago Imperial forces drove off system defences and took control of the Kyroc system, which up until that point was one of the border worlds of the RS in the Subterrel Sector.
The campaign in the Subterrel Sector has increased in complexity with reports that there are two separate and opposed Imperial battle groups stationed in the region. Up until this point in time, the Subterrel Strike Force had maintained a defensive barrier keeping enemy forces at bay.
This changed on 44:4:15 as Imperial forces from one of the factions overwhelmed RS defences, and took control of the system. However they failed to eradicate all RS presence in the star system, which they will soon regret, as underground RS cells wage guerrilla strikes against the occupying forces.
Admiral Raven, leader of RS forces in the Subterrel Sector, is reported stating that this setback is unfortunate, but not unanticipated, and assures that the situation will be reversed very soon. However, due to operational sensitivity no details for a counterstrike are available to report.

The Admiral reports that losses are to be expected waging a war such as this, however he states that ultimately our forces will prevail on the front lines of the Subterrel Sector.
