Reason for nomination: Since my return I have seen him take a unit of what I saw to be 7 active members. I currently count almost 20 active members in this unit. Nearly 30 when the cadets all graduate. He has done what was needed to bring the ABG back, getting the GM's he needed to increase activity, increasing recruitment, fixing the site, running sims when needed, and all around being a good leader handling any disputes and solving all the problems he could. Tethran has been a lifesaver for the ABG and has earned a place in its history.
