Reason for nomination: Janet Skyy has earned this uncommon award for her contributions to the RSCD and the RS. She is responsible for the development and redirecting of the Katarn's from a strong DF unit into a memorable and ultimately important writing organization, allowing the organization to carry on well beyond it's original purpose would'va allowed. Specifically, this award is for her innovation, foresightfulness and dedication to the RS.
