Reason for nomination: I nominate Commander Jay Forerunner for the Alliance Dagger. Having already achieved the Kalidor Crescent during the last mission, he continued his excellent work in Uprising and Commander, exceeding all other RSers' efforts in those games. In Uprising he earned the prestigious Jedi status before any other RS officer. VA Kravis additionally nominated him for a Kalidor Crescent, and I recommend that instead of two more of those, that CMDR Forerunner receive a higher award.
