Reason for nomination: Hang around for a moment, Wayne, because I have a special award for you. Ladies and gentlemen, since joining the club 6 months ago, Wayne has earned 22 separate Citations of Victory for his performance in the legacy games. I cannot help but feel that this performance deserves recognition.

The Republic Shield Kalidor Crescent is our local medal of equal weight to the New Republic Kalidor Crescent. It is awarded in recognition of "exceptional dedication and perseverance" in a specific activity or event.
