Reason for nomination: Back on 9/11, Jay Forerunner also took the aGM exam (along with Teu Veld), and passed. We failed to appropriately nominate him for the aGM patch. This is amusing, because of the 3 recently dubbed aGMs, he is the only one to have run a sim.
