Reason for nomination: This Fleet Commanding Officer is a close personal friend and colleague of mine. He has given much of himself to the betterment of the Rebel Squadrons, and has often stepped outside his bounds in order to do so. In recognition of his long service as the leader of the Renegade Fleet, it is my pleasure to award General Sienn "Morningstar" Sconn with the Distinguished Service Cross.

Comments by awarding officer: I should note here that, in addition to his promotion to Fleet Admiral, I am also presenting Sconn with the Distinguished Service Cross, in recognition of his service as Operations Officer, and the High Command Service Medal, in recognition of his multiple periods of service as a voting member of High Command.
