Greetings fellow Members of the Rebel Squadrons. ":)

Welcome to the first HC NewsFlash for this last month of the year. The big
news this week involves more changing seats to the Council. As previously
announced, BGN Raz Zaphon has resigned as Intrepid Battle Group Commanding
Officer. BGN Zaphon served the IBG more devotedly than any other officer,
and High Command would like to thank him for his excellence service to the
IBG and wishes him well on his future endeavors. MGN Slate Mallar has been
promoted from his Fleet XO spot to IBG CO and will serve once again as a
voting member on High Command. MGN Mallar will be bringing his former
experience as RSCD CO to the IBG and we're all looking forward to his future
accomplishments. LCM Rave Craise has been appointed the new IBG XO.

In the meantime, High Command continues its discussions on the role of
non-player characters in the Rebel Squadrons and whether or not a single real
life person should be able to hold multiple memberships in the RS under
different character names/email addresses. As things develop, I'll be sure
to keep everyone updated on this discussion.

And lastly, as a reminder to the members of the RgF, IBG, and RSCD...The
Outer Rim War will continue Saturday night with the fifth battle in channel
#OuterRim from 5 PM EST to 11 PM EST. All available pilots and commandos are
needed to defeat the Star Vipers, Vast Empire, LSF, and Emperor's Edge. Be
there to represent our club in battle!
