ORW Results NL: Week 6
From LGN Rahj Tharen, RS XO:
Greeting fellow members of the RS. ":)
As many of you know, the fight has fully errupted for the Cadrel Expanse in
the Outer Rim War. Things kicked off last Saturday with the First Battle of
the Titania System, and the Rebel Squadrons were able to continue it's
victory streak with another win brought to you by our commandos and pilots.
With 28 matches played, the RS posted 11 wins to edge out the Last
Starfighter League by only 3 points. Congrats to all those that partcipated!
As many of you know, a pattern has begun to develop at the ORW. A great
number of our pilots and commandos show up to the ORW (the RS always has the
highest turnout), but most of the time they are forced to wait for someone
from another club to show up and actually sign up for a match. That is being
corrected. At the next battle, the New Republic
(http://www.neumedia.net/~lightman/nr/) will be joining in on the fray. The
Imperial Order (http://www.imperialorder.org/) and the Galactic Empire
(http://www.galacticempire.org/)will also be most likely joining the
competition by the next battle as well. Therefore, in the best possible
circumstances, three new SW clubs could be at the next ORW on Saturday with
many new pilots and soldiers to face against. That means I'd like to
continue to encourage everyone to show up as they have been, and not get
discouraged. We're doing everything within our power to get as many clubs as
it takes for us to be satisfied that anyone can show up and get as many
matches in a
s they disire.
And now, on with the rest of the News Letter...

Important Announcement, Please Do This:
From MGN Shik Karaan, RS IO:
I have finished work on the OR Database; I may make a tweak here or there but
its basically finished.
The location is http://www.rebelsquadrons.org/ordb . You will need to sign
up for an account before next week's ORW. The bot will require you to sign up
using your pin from now on. You will also need to report your scores with the
pin info. The matchup message will contain each person's pin.
RS Members will be able to get the same pin that they use for the RS Roster
Database provided someone hasn't gotten that pin in the OR system already.
That's pretty much it, any questions you can reach me at
rsio@rebelsquadrons.org
":) MGN-Shikkie Kaaran-{RSHC/RSIO | RgFXO/DOW/RDSCO | RSCD/KnightSO/RavenCO}
****What that all meant...****
Everyone that plans on participating in the ORW, is required to go to the
following site: http://www.rebelsquadrons.org/ordb/index.php3 and set up your
account so your matches can be correctly recorded by the bot during the ORW.
Also, a new ORW Ladder will be created with all the clubs involved starting
with this upcoming week's ORW battle. That's why you need to get logged into
the OR Database! Please do so as soon as possible. Thank you for your
cooperation!

Keep up the good work, Rich!
