I've updated the email checking system in RSIRC to fully conform to the POP3 standards as set forth in RFC1939. Also this new version of the email checker supports multiple email accounts and has a user friendly GUI for editing settings.

To update your copy of RSIRC to this version, just run the internal updater and download 'emailck.mrc'
