Its time again for our weekly briefing on the happenings on the status of the IBG and Dagger Squad. Its kind of long winded though Grinning as I say this I see some people roll their eyes like if they could be somewhere else, anywhere else but here

First order of business i see just about everyone here except for 2people, 1 I guess is still enjoying the holidays and hasn't reported back yet. The other is a resignation from the RS. Lt.Col Kino Pordyh - Dagger 11.He will be missed as, Dagger wishes him the best.

Second, pertaining to the ORW, the RS has beaten the clubs for the next system in the Cadrel Expanse. It also looks like the Emporer's Hammer will also be joining in on the fun, so that means more people ,hopefully more pilots to fly against. So everyone lets get there, be there and join in on the fun, and lets kick some Imperial Butt.

Third, We are trying to setup a multisquad melee between squadrons of the IBG, should be happening soon, now that the holidays are over, keep an eye out for that announcement when it arrives.

Fourth, with the help of Capt. Ace which he stands and waves to everyone in the briefing room,we have created some medals for Dagger Squad. It will be awarded for participation,work,ideas,etc... which betters the Squad.
The list is as follows:

To get awarded the MP medals, all you need to do is fly against someone , anyone, even for the Instructors, this also counts. All I would need is a screenshot of the afterbattle report of kills and points . Send to me so we can keep track, etc...

a few more medals are in the works, and will be posted when they become available and will be posted on the website for all to see. These medals are for Dagger Pilots only.

MGN Slate, our beloved CO has instituted a merit system for the IBG. This is an IBG wide merit system. The details are listed below:

Ground crew 0-4 pts.
Rookie 4-7
Specialist 7-16
Pilot 16-25
Officer 25-35
Veteran 35-44
Ace 44-60
Top Ace 60-80
Super Ace 80-100
Warrior 100-150
Marauder 150-200
Wraith 200-300
Rogue 300-10000

Here's how to get points:

1- Attending a battle/IBG event.
1- Playing a match/ battle/OR
1- Playing a simulator match with a cadet
1- Tie a match in battle/ IBG event
1- Earning a IBG Bronze Wings
2- Reporting on an ITOD mission
2- Winning an IBG melee (something I want to start)
2- Earning an IBG Endor citation
2- Earning an IBG Commander's Golden Chalice
3- Winning a match against other clubs in IBG events
4- Earning an IBG Elite Squadron of the Season
5- Earning an IBG Gold Wings
5- Earning an IBG Cross of Excellence
5- Earning an IBG Commander's Unit Citation
10- Earning an IBG Platinum Wings

some people have already been awarded them, they are listed under the merits on the Roster DB... check it out...

Fifth,Rave our XO has put together an ITOD team, the first ITOD will be coming out soon,and also the Oplans will be out shortly, due to the Holidays and getting people to join in on the cause has taken some time.

Sixth, Awards and Promotions:
