Not really much new to report. Activity always drops around the holidays. I have heard many reports of our pilots reporting for duty in OR only to find no opponents to fight. This seems to be the complaint I get from everyone. Only thing I can say is your leader FC Dave is working on this problem. We are trying to get new groups to fight. Just bare with us while we get some matches going. I'm very happy to hear of people actually making OR. Keep up the good work.
Your XO Rave Craise is getting the ITOD team going. We hope to have the missions coming shortly. He will brief you all later on that subject. There has been some complaints that some of the reports from the last ITOD have been lost. I would like to apologize for that. I have no clue what happen, but I hope in the future this will not happen again.
I also would like to take this time to thank Deltan for his efforts here in the IBG. Most of you should already know, he is retiring from the RS to spend more time with his family. Deltan is now an honorary member of the IBG and is welcome back if he so chooses.

Well, looks like we have the usual problem. Our pilots show up, but there’s never anyone there to fly against us. Well, RSHC is trying to find a quick solution to this problem. I personally believe that the source of the problem is the fact that XWA is not such a popular game as is JK. But with time, all can be solved. Here are this week’s results:

Your XO, Rave, is forming a Tech squad, for pilots with ITOD creating abilities, and great creativity towards the area of storyline writing. This unit will serve IBG in many ways, for such reason, being a member of it may be very rewarding. For information and applications, contact Rave. Limited amount of people allowed, and some restrictions apply.
With the retirement of Deltan, we will be needing a new IO officer to take care of the web pages in the IBG. This person will also be in checking all squadron and wing pages to make sure they are updated and looking good. They will be able to set up liaisons to the wings and squadrons with personnel to help keep these pages updated if needed. Any one interested contact myself or IBG XO Rave.
Commander Xexre Grelander has been place in Stinger as Stinger 8. He has returned back to active duty with us here. Welcome back Commander
Lt. Commander Hawkeye has also been placed in Draco Squadron as Draco 7. Welcome aboard Commander.

Well, nothing much left to say… Deltan, you were one of my best friends in IBG, and the RS. I do however understand your rough situation, and would like to state that I would probably do the same thing. I just want to make sure you know, that your presence here in IBG has been remarkable, and that you are truly one of a kind and irreplaceable. It is with great sorrow that I say good-bye, but nevertheless, it must be said. If you ever wish to return, the doors are open…
