Welcome to the first ORW Results NL for the year 2001! Yesterday, the Rebel Squadrons kicked off the new year with a bang! The RS played 80 matches, I repeat: 80 matches, and came away with 43 victories to completely wipe out the Imperial competition at the Second Battle for the Dia Pas System. This was definitely the most successful ORW battle to date, and we got you guys to thank! Also, this was the first battle involving our historically fictional rival, the Emperor's Hammer. What a welcome it was! Congratulations to all those that participated!

This huge victory gives the Rebel Squadrons 79 points in the standings for the Dia Pas System, and a 51 point lead over the second place club, the EH, going into the final battle of the Dia Pas System. Lets all show up next week to finish the job and seal our victory!
