      A lot has been going on lately. We redid the medals system, started a merit system for the IBG and kicked butt in OR, and we got the first ITOD mission out for testing.
      Many of you may already know of the problem with the Undernet right now. Some worthless hackers have been attacking the Undernet somehow making X/W to leave, which makes it hard to get bots to work. The HC and OR-Council are trying to find resources for us to use. Please be patient.
      I got a merit system started for the IBG. It is located in the RS database under features. I started it with the OR week 9 for the points. Details are below. Check it out
      New medal system. Got a more organized and updated medal system for the IBG. Details are also below.
      That's about it. I played the first mission for the ITOD, pretty good. That should be out real soon.

      As I said earlier, we have redone the medals system for the IBG. I still need to send this to the RS IO office to be added on the data base. If you receive a medal today it will not be added to the database for a few weeks. The medals are rather lengthy, so I sent them out before this NL, if you didn't get it let me know. Also, If you have any ideas for additional medals contact myself or Rave.

      This system will help keep track of the activity of pilots in this fleet. It was started a few weeks ago. All points are from OR's, starting with week 9. Get to OR and play some matches, get those points.
      One thing I would like to ask all pilots that go to OR. Please use your RS name as your nick. I get a few nicks I have no clue who they are and cannot award their points for them.
      You can also add the merit system to your ID tag. It goes under all medals for IBG. Add this .example--
