Welcome to the HC Weekly NewsFlash for this third week in January.  This week kicked off with discussions about the state of the Undernet, the main IRC server for all official Rebel Squadron channels.  Possible solutions could include moving from the Undernet to another IRC server.  This is still in the process of being debated among High Command.  Also, the senior leadership of the RS has been involved in similar discussions with other online SW gaming club leaders to work out a possible deal to move our clubs to a new IRC server we could all coexist in.

In HC news, the new Redemption Fleet CO, CMDR Elad 'Ambious' Avron, has annonced his appointment for RF XO.  LCL Kyle "Angry Wompa" Tobarn has been selected as the RS' newest Fleet XO.  Congrats, LCL Tobarn!

Major Ater-Itos-Sist-Gand, the RS Minister of External Affairs, is looking for an Assistant MoEA Officer.  Please send in all applications in to him at rs_ater@hotmail.com .  The selection should be completed within the next month.

Lastly, like last week, the ORW will once again take place on the InnerNET because Undernet is still no better off.  Here are the InnerNET
