I: Fleet News
II: Division News
III: Awards and Promotions

IA: New orders for division leaders. You must provide links to other divisions within RF. These links need to be prominently displayed on each division's main page. My hope is to generate more growth through self advertisement. I should point out, that divisions that fail to add these links will have to put up with me going into their pages and making the changes for them, and I'm sure no one wants me tinkering with their pages.

IB: Work on RF Policy has begun, once completed it will outline the privileges of the divisions as well as other information on RF structure.

IC: Formulation of RF Council (RFC) will begin shortly. The RFC will act similarly to the RS HC and serve a multitude of purposes. First, since the RFC will discuss topics the same as those of the HC, I will be better able to understand the general ideas of the fleet when it comes time to vote. Also communication between divisions could definitely use a boost. And lastly, since each divisions ultimate goal is fleet status, experience for division leaders in an enviroment such as this will help prepare them for membership in the RS HC.

IIA: RSM is official and you will notice the change on the roster if you look. However don't expect a web page so soon, Remarda Jundun is just making a come back after some RL issues that I don't feel right going into, and Tyrin Drax is under orders to make the RF web page his priority.

IIB: STC needs some jumper cables and a strong battery. Feel free to offer Zsinj advice if you know anything about reviving a division. In the mean time I will continue to look for solutions.

IIC: AW membership remains in the 40's, however some new toys will be appearing to hopefully bring in new interest. Since the AW XO and man behind the current projects has decided to keep things a bit secretive for the sake of a surprise I won't say anything more than simming will now be complemented with sights and sounds.

IIIA: No promotions at this time.

IIIB: No awards at this time.

Note: The lack of promotions and awards is not because I haven't seen work, but that I need to see this work consistently. Basically everyone is doing a good job, but to get the nice stuff you'll just have to keep it up.
