Hey Folks!

Our Academy is getting pretty large. Right now, we're
72 lads working towards the well-being of the Rebel
Squadrons.

Our fleet is the third biggest one, and, with no
doubt, the most important one.
Our UnderGrad Instructors deal with the new cadets,
the vital fresh blood that expands this club. Without
their hard work, the RS would be stuck without any
chance of surviving. Their job is essential, and they
will never be rewarded enough.
Our PostGrad people help the current RS members by
building their skills up, and by allowing them to
expand their activity.
Our MBA lads are vital to ensure a high quality level
of our custom missions, something without the RS would
not be able to success.
Our Recruiting Division people go outside the RS in a
try to find new cadets and help us grow faster.
Our Integrated Technologies Division guys teach the
backbone of the the RS: The art of making websites.

All of in a collective effort towards a common
objective: The Rebel Squadrons.

Every single of us plays a vital role. Don't ever let
up. Don't ever think that our job is unimportant.
Every of us have a job to do and we have to do it.
Every man is a vital link in the great chain.

Let's help the RS and have some fun with it!

Now, I would like to reward some well deserving
people.

Commander Sig Pillar, please step forward. You've been
doing an awesome work in the Academy. Your work as IO
and SO was hard, but you've been doing it without a
hint of regret. You're now putting the ITD Division
back on the road, and finishing the bios project. The
RS needs more persons like you. I hereby promote you
to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. ":)

Lieutenant Colonel Shay, please step forward. You've
been a model of honour and integrity to all of us.

work at an excellent level. Such a heavy task couldn't

be done by anyone but you. I hereby award you the Unit
Commander's Commendation - [=*=]

Colonel Trate Daxson, please step forward. Some weeks
ago you started a total revamp of the XvT UnderGrad.
You've started an TOD that will cring much more
activity into your Academy. Besides that, fighting at
Zone WoW competitions will really attract more cadets
to the RS. For that, and for your continuous work as
XvT UG CO, I hereby award you the RS Academy
Commander`s Medal of Excellence - ~!*!@!*!~

Commander Cole Landfarer, please step forward. As your
mate above, you've also started an ITOD in the XWA
UnderGrad that is proving to be quite succesful. For
this, and your consistent work as XWA UndeGrad CO, I'm

pleased to award you with the RS Academy Commander`s
Medal of Excellence - ~!*!@!*!~

Commander Anthon Connor, please step forward. After
the monthly site inspection done by Lt.Colonel Sig,
you and your website has awarded with the RS Academy

A: X-WING COMBAT TACTICS-----------------------------

Ever wondered what it feels like to be the best in the
fleet? Where a single twitch of your flightstick and
even a freighter will do the tango? Or do you belong
to the other half of the table and want to learn moves
like the wotan weave, how to snipe a spinner and ? If
so, then the Post Graduate Department's X-wing Combat
Tactics Department has just the solution for you!

X-wing COMTACS boasts of 6 individual Training
Missions for the individual who wishes to hone his
piloting skills in various situations of combat, such
as dogfights and capital ship hunts as well as 4
Expert Missions that are the ultimate benchmark to see
if you have what it takes to be the best there is.

Not only that, there are various COMTACS Medals to
mark your acomplishments, including a final Master of
X-wing COMTACS Medal that is the height of all that.
Only 11 pilots have managed to bag that medal
throughout the years... and only 2 out of those have
bagged ALL the COMTACS Medals. Will you be the next to

B: XWING vs TIE FIGHTER TOP ACE PROGRAM--------------

Greetings members of the Rebel Squadrons,
This announcement goes out specifically for
those pilots who play the Lucas Arts game X-Wing vs
TIE Fighter. As of a week ago the Top Ace Program is
in part up and running. This is the Post Graduate
training academy for XvT. The program is broken into
two sub-divisions, the Advanced Flight School (AFS)
and the Expert Flight School (EFS). These are two
totally individual sections. The AFS is a general
proficiency course that covers all craft within the
game XvT and is taught only by myself. Only three
slots are open at any single time for this course and
presently two are taken. The EFS is a more indepth
ship by ship course in which there are 9 different
instructors (one for each craft) as well as an
instructor for Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT).
Each craft is a course within itself. There are only
two slots open to each craft in the EFS. To enter
either course you must have a character rating of Top
Ace 4th in the XvT game or have a waver from myself.
Presently the only course taking students is the AFS
and I hope to have the EFS up and running shortly.
Please be advised that the site has not yet been
redisigned since I took over the program so the
information there is largely inacurate for my program.
If you would like more information please drop me a
line with "TAP Info" in the subject line. Remember to
add your full character name as it appears in the
Roster as well as rank, email address, and active RgF
squadron if any. So if you want to be the best in the
RS, and take on the universe join the Top Ace Program,
because only by becoming sharper can a finely honed
blade slice.

In Addition I am also looking for Instructors to
teach:
T/A, T/B, T/F, GUN, X-Wing, Y-Wing, A-Wing, and
B-Wing. If interested please email me saying so.

COL Gavin C. Kravis - sabreslash@aol.com

C: XWA FLIGHT TRAINING SCHOOL------------------------

towards each other. What do you do? The choices you
make in the next few seconds could leave you sucking
vaccum, or cheering in victory. Thats what we're here
for, we are the Flight Training School. We are here to
teach pilots the art of not only staying alive against
other pilots, but also winning against other pilots.
After graduating from our course you can feel good

win. Interested? Thought so, check us out at

E: OFFICERS & LEADERSHIP ACADEMY---------------------

Knowledge, communication, problem solving,
motivation, and dedication are all skills needed by
officers in the Rebel Squadrons. Some of these skill
are embedded into a person, and some need to be
learned.
The Rebel Squadrons Officers Training School will
teach and help you to put into practice these skills
in a three part course focusing on communication,

skills. So if you want to become an Officer, or

F: RESULTS OF THE RECRUITING CAMPAIGN----------------

Arill steps up to the podium and looks down at all
the members of the meeting hall, down in front of him.
He raises his hands and waits untill the crowds
settles down. He scans over the group and then begins
to speak.
"First of all I'd like to thank you for being here.
Without you there would be no reason for us to be up
here." Arill waves his hand behind him to indicate the
select indiviudals standing behind him. "I know we
haven't been up here in a long time but it was for
understandable reasons. I would like to say that I,
recent XO of the RSRD, has taken over command of the
RSRD and LCL Adam Fene has become my SO. Recently I
have decided upon a new XO and I would like Major
General Boid Reaves to step forward, he is now the new
XO of the RSRD. The crowd claps for him as he steps
up and then steps back into the line of people.
"I am hear to give you an overview of what we've
been doing recently. As I call their names I would
like the following people to step forward."

3 recruits:
Captain Makusier
First Lieutenant Castin Fox Jaheran

2 recruits:
Lieutenant Colonel Los Bennett
Captain Johnny
Commander Sienn Sconn

1 recruit:
First Lieutenant Trystan Kel-Solan
Captain Jacen Antilles,
Major Ryan "Tango" Xeleron
Lieutenant Commander Jeremiah Matthew
Lieutenant Commander Shane Long
Major Lunac'her'inar
Second Lieutenant Daniel Rexxman
Lieutenant Commander Wesley Rademaker
Brigadier General Inys
Colonel Krinsath
General Indy Bridger

As the major announced each of the individuals'
names they stepped forward and did their own little
something to acknowledge the crowd and then stepped
back in rank with the others and stood back at
attention. After he had completed the list of
recruiters he readjusted himself to readdress the
crowd.
"These individuals are the ones who are really the
backbone of the Rebel Squadrons. They are the ones who
bring in the recruits which keep this organization as
big as it is." Arill glanced back at the line of
recruiters. "You guys keep this up and you'll be in
line to receive some medals next time around." He
turned back towards the crowd. "I would like to
present to you your Rebel Squadrons recruiters!"
The crowd went into a frenzy with applauds and
whistles. The major lifted his hands to quiet down the
crowd. After a few moments he began to speak again.
"One more thing for you recruiters and those of you
in the crowd, if you aren't already in the RS
Recruitment Division by al means feel free to join!
Just get in contact with me and we'll work something
out. Also if you do recruit enough people you will be
eligable to be awarded the Eye of the Jedi, the medal
for meritous recruiting for the RS."
Then Arill spun around gave the line a salute. The
individuals returned the salute and then in synce they
all lowered the hands and walked off the stage to
their seats.
