Greetings,
There have been a few changes in the command structure here in the IBG. I'm happy to report I have not had to take a LOA this month. Brigadier General Rave Craise has stepped down as the IBG XO. I would like to take this time to thank Rave for his efforts here in the IBG. I have placed Rave on our Honorary Members list. Major General Bluejay Farscape has accepted the fleet XO position. Lt. Commander Jon Anchorage has been placed as the fleet SO. With Bluejay moving up, the office of Chiin'Tal CO is now open. Anyone interested can send a resume to IBG CO/XO, and SO. We've already had a few candidates apply.
I am noticing squadron command staff being inactive lately. The IBG XO/SO and myself are working on getting that fixed. Either by getting them active again or replacing people. I WILL GET THIS FLEET ACTIVE AGAIN. There is a copy of the IBG bylaws on the main web page. I suggest everyone read those bylaws, especially anyone in a command position. I will open this problem up to the whole fleet. Anyone that has any complaints/ ideas (both negative and positive), contact the IBG CO/XO and SO. We will look at every response. If you have good things to say about your command staff also let us know.

The ITOD turnout wasn't too bad this month. 50 % of the fleet reported with 25% on LOA. So actually we got 75% of all that were active. That's always my goal, a minimum of 75%. Congrats to Dagger and Chiin'Tal Wing for their wins this mission. The new mission is already out and ready to fly. It is due December 10th. I would like to see 75% of the fleet report this time. I know this is a hard time of year for members of the RS. In my 4-year tenure in the RS, history has shown people prefer to study for finals and midterms instead of playing the missions. No clue why really. I have the results from the last ITOD mission #4. Like I said earlier ITOD mission #5 is out. If you did not receive it already, please contact me.

I have been looking for some outside groups to fight against. I have been contact by 2 groups wishing to battle. There is a possibility we may fly against them in another OR type battle or on our own. We are negotiating now. I will keep you all informed.
WE HAVE A BOT. We finally got a bot and will start our melee night hopefully this month. We have one member that will help run the melee, but we may need more. Anyone interested contact me.
