High Command NewsFlash 3/15/02
============== Community Meeting ===============
Community meetings are scheduled for the second Sunday of every month. The next meeting will be Sunday, April 14th, in #OuterRim at 4 PM EST.
=============== Current Debates ===============
High Command is currently involved in two debates:
1) The actions taken by those involved with the resignation of LGN Bluejay Farscape from Intrepid Battle Group Commanding Officer are currently under review.
2) Several policy and Rebel Squadrons Bylaw ambiguities and contradictions have been cited which assisted in the above situation being worse than it should have been. A vote is currently in progress on a motion to completely revise and overhaul the Rebel Squadrons Bylaws. This motion appears destined to carry. The purpose of this would be to bring the Bylaws back to its original intent as the will of High Command, and nothing more. Please keep in mind that the Bylaws are NOT the highest authority and law in this club and the will of High Command will always be the highest authority.
3) As High Command is currently looking at the events that precluded LGN Bluejay's resignation from IBG CO, we will be waiting for the High Command to finish before another selection is made for the position. As such, LCL Han Suul will remain as Acting IBG CO until such a time.
=============== Member Suggestions =============
None at this time. The Bylaws contradiction brought forward by Face a couple weeks ago will be taken care of as part of any sweeping Bylaw revisions, should the motion pass.

Feel free to direct suggestions or concerns to HC via any of the following options:
1) Use the "Email HC" feature of the Roster Database:

2) Email your Primary Fleet CO and ask them to forward your comments on.
