============== Community Meeting ===============

Community meetings are scheduled for the second Sunday of every month.
The next meeting will be Sunday, April 14th, In #outerrim at 4pm EST.

=============== IBG CO Situation ===============

This issue has been resolved. It has been found that the bylaws were a major culprit in the situation by being contradictory in nature, as well as poor communication by some of those involved. BlueJay has come back to serve as IBG CO once more. Welcome back BJ!

=============== Bylaws Revisions ===============

As mentioned last week, High Command was voting to decide if it was neccesary to completely revamp the RS Bylaws. That vote has passed and this task will be undertaken.

In order to facilitate both the re-writing of the RS Bylaws AND the normal High Command duties a small council of Former/Current Rebel Squadrons Fleet Commanders, and the most experienced Fleet COs has been formed to rewrite the bylaws, which then will be approved or rejected for re-write by the full body of High Command. This smaller council is being chaired by former RSFC Vice Admiral Dave Trebonious-Astoris.
