============== Community Meeting ===============

       Community meetings are scheduled for the second Sunday of every month. The
next meeting will be TODAY, Sunday, April 14th, in channel #OuterRim at 4 PM
EST.

=============== Bylaws Revisions ===============

       Fleet Admiral Dave Trebonious-Astoris reports that the Bylaw Revision
Committee is finishing up with a final round of comments on the Administrative
Structure portion of the Rebel Squadrons Bylaws. Once this section has been
completed by the committee, High Command will review the result and either send
it back for more work or approve the changes made. After that the council will
proceed to another section of the RS Bylaws and revise them.


=============== Member Suggestions =============

       None at this time. The previous RS Melee suggestion is being handled by
the Operations Office through Major Isoldur “Dragon” Cauthon and his staff
of Brigadier General Sienn Sconn and Lieutenant General Boid "Gambit" Reaves.

2) Email your Primary Fleet CO and ask them to forward your comments on.
3) Contact HC members on IRC or an Instant Messaging client like AOL or ICQ
(both of which appear in roster profiles if supplied).
4) The "Community Meetings" on IRC. They are currently being held on the second
Sunday of every month from 4-5 PM EST (GMT -0500) in #OuterRim.
