The Bylaws Revision Committee has passed their revision of Section 3 - Fleet Structure on to HC for debate. A vote on wether

to accept or reject this draft should commence shortly once discussion has ended.

You have been the Fleet Commander of this club for eight months. Since
succeeding to the chair of the FC, you have served the RS diligently and
with capability, through good times and difficult times. In recognition
