Another Inter-Club Melee and another win for the Rebel Squadrons. This time around the RS didn't lose a single match it was involved in, going undefeated across ALL gaming platforms. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the other clubs for coming to our weekly Get Your Ass Kicked by the RS Tournament. :P I hope no one reads this that's not in the RS...

Anyway, congrats to all those members that attended last week. If this domination keeps up, we're going to scare away all competition for good...

Of course, we have to keep practicing, cause you never know what might happen. Let's not get too cocky...

The overall scoring for the competion works like this:
1 pt for a match played
1 pt for a victory

This way, even if you lose you can help your club earn points.

MELEE INFO

For those of you who were unaware, the Inter-Club Melee is held every Saturday, from 2-7 pm EST in channel #OuterRim on the Undernet. Jedi Outcast, X-Wing Alliance, and X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter will all be supported. Come next week to support the RS!

RULES

For now, the rules from the last ORW (http://www.rebelsquadrons.org/outerrim/rules.htm) should serve as the general guideline for any rules for this event, but the most important one is to use good judgment.

For JK2 matches: 10 minutes, highest score wins.
For XWA and XvT matches: 10 minutes or 5/5, highest total score wins.

This week's RSer of the Week was pretty easy to choose. This guy sure can talk a lot of sh*t, but hey, who gives a damn if they speak the truth. :P GEN Petr Margul is hereby declared this week's RSer of the Week for going an impressive 5-0. Congrats, PM, all drinks are on you!

CONCLUSION

There is one week left till the XvT WoW. Keep playing as much as you can to prepare for this event. I'd be nice to suprise the Zone community a little.

And as always come to next weekend's Inter-Club Melee, where killing Imps is like shooting turkeys...that have broken legs...and are blind.
