After much debating, and after Deltan's and my own disappearance for some time, we've both agreed in who is the most suitable person to lead Talon Wing. That person is an excellent officer of great experience and veterany, which I'm sure will help him to succeed in his new position.

Let us all congratulate CMDR Dash "Dashimus" Xander, new Talon Wing CO!

I would like to congratulate the other applicants as well. Keep trying, guys. You really gave us a good headache trying to choose ;)
