Members of the Rebel Squadrons,

It is my pleasure to enthusiastically announce Fleet Admiral Dev's replacement as Rebel Squadrons Internet Officer. After a long search, Lieutenant General Deltan Saviri (deltan_saviri@yahoo.com) has accepted and been appointed to the position. Deltan brings a multitude of IT experience from the professional world as a network administrator and as a superb web designer...skills we have greatly benefited from before. This experience not only makes him a perfect fit for the position, but it will also help in bringing the Internet Office to new heights with future web initiatives. Therefore, once LGN Saviri is able to establish and orient himself with the new position, the normal day-to-day responsibilities of the Internet Office will resume.

With that said, I would also like to thank our Executive Officer, Admiral Shikkie Kaaran, for volunteering to help keep the Internet Office operational while the position remained vacant and for helping to lead the search for a new RS IO. Thank you, Shik!

Lastly, with Deltan's appointment, the current Internet Office staff looks like this:

Internet Officer: LGN Deltan Saviri (deltan_saviri@yahoo.com)
Assistant Internet Officer/B&G Manager: MGN Patrick "Blaster" Blastfire (blastfire@earthlink.net)
Assistant Internet Officer: FA Dev (goldeneye7@rcn.com)

Therefore, although Deltan will always be the primary contact, you may start to rely on these people for your Internet Office needs. But for the time being, please remember to be patient as LGN Saviri establishes and orients himself with the new position before he is flooded with requests for internet help.

Also once again, congratulations to Deltan! Not only do I look forward with working with you once again, but I wish you the best of success! Any and all questions may be directed to me (fc@rebelsquadrons.org) about the subject.

":)
Admiral Rahj Tharen,
Rebel Squadrons Fleet Commander
