1. This is the last mission of the tour. The new Tour will begin next month. (April)

2. Awards are all updated, from last mission, and the previous mission before last. I apologize for any inconvenience.

3. I'm not awarding merits for those who participate in WoW's. Instead, I'll be giving medals for that sort of thing. (Above and beyond the call of duty kind of deal.) I hope that is a fair trade. Merits are extremely hard to keep up to date in the IBG, and sad to say I just hate the system. (Thusly, it will be modified next tour.)

4. When the new Tour begins in April, I'll be 'retiring' a few medals that the IBG previously used to give out. Some really are not necessary, as most of the IBG Command Staff agrees. They will not be completely erased, just left alone. So everyone that has earned them before will still have them, and it will still be shown on their profiles for their great efforts.
