To the Members of High Command and the Allegiance Battle Group,

Due to previous announcements, you should all be aware by now that Rear Admiral Kyle Tobarn has decided to resign from his position of Allegiance Battle Group Commanding Officer. As a result, his resignation is going to leave immensely big shoes to fill. RA Tobarn has served with the Allegiance Battle Group virtually since this unit’s inception into the Rebel Squadrons. Throughout his tenure in the ABG, whether it was classified as a Wing or a Fleet, Kyle’s service has been of the highest accomplishment and dedication to this motley group of enthusiastic simmers. Accordingly, I wanted to extend the Rebel Squadrons deepest thanks to Kyle for consistently being one of the RS’ stalwart Fleet Commanding Officers and for his extended service and achievement. It is good to know that Kyle will continue to participate in the RS in other capacities.

Kyle’s retirement, however, leaves the position of Allegiance Battle Group Commanding Officer vacant. For that reason and based upon Rear Admiral Tobarn’s recommendation, I have recently appointed Lieutenant Colonel Randy Starkiller to the position. Therefore, please join me in offering your full support to LCL Starkiller as he settles himself into his new post. I look forward to the many positive changes and future endeavors that LCL Starkiller will bring to the Fleet. I wish Randy and the ABG the greatest of luck and may God have mercy on your soul!

Respectfully submitted,

Admiral Rahj Tharen,
Rebel Squadrons Fleet Commander
