Hey y'all. Your friendly neighborhood acting CO here with this month's edition of the RgF NL. Let's start if off then.

1- News/Announcements
3- Medals/Promotions
4- Closing and other stuff.

1--News and Announcements.

--To start off, if you ain't heard, Gav's run his ass clear outta Dodge for the summer. I'm in charge of the fleet until August-ish, with Ent as my XO/Enforcer (That's right. Piss me off and fear the wrath of Ent...) and Rich riding bitch as the acting SO. We've got some new ideas and such planned for this summer, so things are going to be crazy. With school ending for a majority of our members, I'm looking for a big spike in activity, especially MP flying.

--Speaking of MP flying, 1st Lt. Bria Tharen has agreed to take over command of the RgF's elite multi-player squadron, Exodus Squad. She's a hell of a pilot, so I'm thinking big things are on the horizon for those interested in MP. If you're interested in being a part of Exodus, I'd suggest talking to her or myself.

--Among the projects we've been kicking around for the summer are having an RgF flight/practice night and an RgF Fiction Writing/run-on group. Please go here: and vote in the polls. Don't vote more than once and skew the results as your illustrious and rarely sober acting XO has already done.

--On the subject of Training Nights, the Operations Office has hooked us up with a training night with the DB, NR5F and the SV. They're on Saturdays at 4PM EST in #outerrim. A big part of multiplayer skill in this game is experience, and this'll help any of you gain some.

Gav already released the results for 209 (I think...if I'm mistaken, let me know). Anyway, between the combined effort of Giz, Cable and myself, 210 is ready to go and can be downloaded here:
I can't guarantee it'll be a great mission, but when I tested it, I got to having a good time. Shouldn't be too much of a challenge, but it's pretty fun. I think I kicked all the bugs out, but if you're having a problem, let me know at It's due on June 30th, so you damn well better have time to fly.

We're pretty light right now on promotions and medals, so...go start doing stuff I can reward you for, I'm pretty liberal with that kind of stuff (and...most other things in my life, I guess...) I haven't seen the May WoW results yet, so I'm waiting on those medals. Until then, though, I've got one very special medal to hand out.

MAJ Daryus Zalyn`Cya, please step forward. In your still short (as far as I'm concerned... ;-P...) career with the RS, you've shown great activity on both the multiplayer and single player fronts. In addition to that, you've contributed to the activity of Dragon Squadron since being named XO there however long ago it was, and also to Guardian Wing by your example. Daryus also shows great presence and activity on IRC, and demonstrates a willingess to help out and get his squadron active. He's also started and perpetuated Dragon Squadron's Novel, which can be found here:

All in all, Daryus has proven himself to be an example that ALL members of the RgF should try to be more like, not just the newbies. For all this, it gives me great pleasure to award Major Daryus Zalyn`cya the highest medal in the Renegade Fleet: The RgF Pilot of the Week!

Congrats, Daryus, you may now add this medal to your signoff!

4-- Closing

All right, that's it out of me for right now. Like I said, I'm looking forward to this summer and I hope y'all are too. Get out there and fly RgF 210, and if you've got any questions, comments or concerns, feel free to contact any member of the RgF CS.

Renegade Fleet Executive Officer (Acting CO)
