Talon Squadron NL April 23, 2003

New Members
===========
Since my last NL Talon squadron has gained two members. Brigadier General Topachea Nabbirie (Talon 6)and Commander Talon Starblazer (Talon 7). I have personally worked with both before and they are excellent and active guys and I know they are great additions to our family. SO give them a hardy Talon Squad welcoming (without the Tar and feathers this time).
Force Wars
=========
Force Wars is open and has been going on. Right now most of the fighting is taking place in Yavin. It is predicted that the Harbingers will take control.
Currently four of us have signed up for this great event.
-Topachea Nabbirie(currently the # player in the event) and is a Harbinger.
-Talon Starblazer who is a Knight
-Isoldur Cauthon who is a Knight
-Myself as a Harbinger
For those of you who aren't signed up I have a question for you. How come you haven't signed up. And just incase the reason is because you don't know how just head to http://www.rebelsquadrons.org/rscd/ForceWars.(But I really want to know why you haven't signed up yet).
Inter-club Training Night
=================
Every Saturday from 4pm est-10pm in #outerrim on the Undernet is the Inter-Club Training Event. It includes JK, JO, XvT, XWA, GB, and Fleet Commander. Scores are not recorded so there is no pressure to win. The past two weeks have been dominated by JK and JO players. SO make some time and get yourself there for some fun.

In my Last Full NL I stated that there was no reason to push for an XO. Well now there is. Anyone who is interested in the position should send their applications and questions to me at CHornJr@nyc.rr.com
WOW
=====
Yesterday the JO Wow has started. I hope all of you JO players have signed up at battlestats.com with the RS and are in the Zone getting some matches in.
The JK WOW starts this coming Friday so all you JK players make sure your signed up with battlestats.com and get ready to pound the other clubs.
If you are not signed up with battlestats.com and are not sure how to drop me an E-mail and I will be more then happy to help you out.
