-NEWS-

       Well, not a whole helluva alot going on right now. New mission has
been released and is due at the end of the month. For those that don\'t
that it is a leap year. Mission is due February 29th. Not the 28th.
It\'d really suck to have been born on the 29th. I got lucky being born
7 days before.
       I\'m currently working on a new site design for the IBG\'s site.
It\'s being done in Flash. I\'ll also keep the current one up as well for
anyone that has a problem with the Flash site. If you wish to see how

-MISSION REPORT/AWARDS-

       Last mission was an interesting one. I liked it. We had 21 reports. 2 reports more than last month. I guess an improvement is an improvement. And I can\'t really complain much about that. Though our percentage would show that we didn\'t do as well as last month. This month we had 38% of the fleet report. Reason for this drop is actually good. We received quite a few new pilots. So hopefully the reports will go up. Wildcard Squadron won this mission over Dagger with Draco coming in third.

       Now onto the top three pilots. And for first place. He\'s definitely starting to make this into a habit. Captain Richo, front and center.      

       For placing first on IBG 4.02 I award you again the Gold Wings.
Congratulations and keep it up. And I don\'t doubt that you will. (:\"

       For placing second on 4.02 I award Lt.Cmdr Davidson the Silver Wings. Your first trip into the top three and you did pretty good. Congratulations. Now to get them Gold Wings, good luck. (:\"

       Like I said in the last newsletter. You can always bet that Admiral Tyrell will always be in the top three. And that is no different this time around. For placing third on IBG 4.02 I award you the Bronze Wings. Your starting a nice collection of these. You got 5 now, another 103 you can build yourself a small fighter with them.

-PROMOTIONS-

       Bunch of promotions within the last month. So lets get to them.

       Jmcgoo has been promoted to the rank of Major by LCM Darkfire. His reason being - \"I\'ve known you since the day you entered the RgF and you\'ve always been a very active pilot and always try to eoncourage others to fly. For your continued role of RnK XO and for showing great pilot skills in the latest mission i promote you to MAJ.\"

       Daryus Zal\'Cyna has been promoted to the rank of Colonel by General Richard Gross, his reasoning for the promotion is - \"For his continued work and dedication to the RgF and Guardian Wing\"

       Chris Horn was promoted to Colonel as well for his work as Chiin\'Tal CO. (:\"

       James Davidson received his promotion to Lieutenant Commander for his unwavering loyalty and leadership to Wildcard Squadron. (:\"

       Djapana was promoted to Major for his challenging job of revitalizing Draco. Congrats Major. (:\"

       Kresa Rei\'de was promoted to Commander for her excellent command of Dagger Squadron. The Squadron has continued to be a threat in the TOD under her command. Congrats Commander. (:\"

       Jagged Halcyon was promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade for his completion of the cadet requirements. (:\"

       Zeke Freemna was promoted to Colonel by LCL Steve Hawkins. His reason being - \"For excellent work and his goals to better the STC. Thank you Colonel!!!\"

       Ton Matty was promoted to the rank of Commander by Colonel Chris Horn, his reason is - \"For assisting Kresa and all of the Dagger\'s and all their victories, as well as keeping Chiin\'Tal on top, Congrats on your promo.\"

       Reabelation was promoted to the rank of Lt. Cmdr by LCL Daryus
Zal\'cyna. His reasoning is - \"I have reviewed Reabelation\'s history as a member of this Wing. Reab has flown each of the last 6 missions, showing a level of activity that is expected of both a Squadron CO and a member of the Wing CS. This promotion is well earned, and I hope to see bigger and better things from Reab in the future.\"

       Raistlin Majere was promoted to the rank of Second Lieutenant for completing the cadet requirements. Congrats. (:\"

       Brigateen Dolaree has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Junior grade for his completion of the cadet requirements. Congrats Lieutenant. (:\"

       Alot of promotions. That\'s what you get if you are consistent with your activity. Just flying all the missions will help you climb the rank ladder. Congratulations to all that received a promotion.

-OPEN COMMANDS-

       Chiin\'Tal Wing Executive Officer position is open. Anyone interested in this position should email Colonel Horn. The commander of Chiin\'Tal.

       Internet Team needs a CO. Anyone interested in leading a team of IO\'s to help the squadrons and wings. As well as the fleet in maintaining their websites. Email myself and Himm with your request. Site building skills are a definite plus.

-CONCLUSION-

       Last month was an improvement over the previous. Let\'s help the IBG improve even further. Help recruit new people into the RS and IBG. As well as fly the Fleet mission.
