Greetings members of Redemption Fleet!! Yes, it is true, this is an ACTUAL Fleet-wide newsletter for once.

Things are going to sound very positive in the next few paragraphs, but that\'s because for once I have a TOALLY POSITIVE message for the fleet! Our numbers are at record levels, and we don\'t even have any \"new\" games in the fleet. All the Division staffs are active and working to better their divisions, websites are updated, and people generally seem chipper. Great work ya\'ll, keep it up, I haven\'t had this much fun commanding a fleet in years!!

------Promotions/Commendations------
(if you are not eligible for a few days don\'t sweat it, i\'ll just wait until then to do the promotion)

Brigadier General Leonard Cable, you\'ve put up with a lot of crap from me over the years. Just for that you deserve a promotion. However, you\'ve excelled in every aspect of command and brought new life to R2W. Now that you\'re my SO I get to abuse you with special projects as well, yay! I can think of no other person more deserving of the rank of Major General than you, so congratulations! (drinks on Cable!!!)

Colonel Steve Hawkins, for outstanding work as RFXO/STCCO/etc.. I herby promote you to the rank of Brigadier General. You\'ve got an activity level that never seems to die, I just pray you don\'t get burnt out from everything. Without you as XO I don\'t know how this fleet would function. Congrats!

Commander Tay Lothain, for keeping up the good work with SWAT and seeing an increase in your numbers, I herby promote you to the rank of Lt. Colonel. Let\'s see if we can\'t fill out two full squadrons of SWAT members, what do ya say? Congrats!

Commander Aidyn Wolfwood, I technically can\'t promote you, but you\'ve been doing an outstanding job trying to piece together AW, in addition to your duties as RSCD CO. Keep up the great work, and I\'ll be reccomending a promotion for you to the RSFC.

Lt. Commander Joshua Hawkins, for stepping up as RFIO and in your new position as RSMM CO (I need a better acronym for that...lol) I herby promote you to the rank of Commander. I\'d let you skip ranks if I could, but since I can\'t, this will have to do for now. Keep up the excellent work and keep getting on your brother\'s case for me too ;) Congrats!

Major Joel Lance, you\'ve told me before that you don\'t want promotions for your work in Ghost, so I won\'t, I\'ll just tell you great job and keep up the work!

------News------

--My staff will be working on the RF Merit system and updating points. I know it it totally subjective at the moment, but, well, get over it. We\'ll fix it soon.

--Anyone who has any complaints about how their division is being commanded please contact me. I am always looking to suggest ways the division CO\'s can better their units and need to be made aware of your concerns.

--I\'m always looking for suggestions for new units and divisions, contact me and we\'ll discuss what needs to be done if you have an idea. Also, talk to Joshua Hawkins if you are interested in working in web design, sound design, or imaging for the RS in RS Multi-Media.

Until next quarter:

Rear Admiral Matt \"Stallion\" Williams
Redemption Fleet Commanding Officer
