well, it\'s come to this- the end of the tour report.
/me hits the Muse who\'s standing next to /me for guidance

Max nervously stood in line, waiting to get his hand on a piece of hog that was roasting slowly Hawaiian-style over the spit at the Recluse onboard the Prometheus. He was the last to go, of course, because he had to welcome incoming guests, dignitaries, pilots, the occasional Jedi, and many others. Finally, after getting some pig, Max sat down amidst the locked-on gazes of everyone present. Max sat down in his chair and immediately stood up, surprised, as a loud woosh of air was ejected rather noisily from the seat of his pants. Everyone present laughed and laughed even harder as Max pulled the whoopie cushion out from his seat. Afterwards, things resumed to their normal levels of conversation as dinner was resumed and eventually finished. Finally came the pep-talk and the award ceremony as Max climbed to the podium up front, resplendent in his dress uniform. Asides from the datapad for notes for tonight\'s events, Max saw a dollar bill with a note attached to it that read
\"The Buck Stops Here. -Sconn\"
Max had a brief chuckle and resumed to address the assembled pilots.
\"I appreciate the sense of humor that someone had tonight; however, I regret to inform you that someone\'s Blue X-wing was illegally parked in the cargo hold and was towed out into the engine wash of the Prometheus and was destroyed. Just kidding, Alex, your X-wing is still safe.\"
LCM Alexander breathed a huge sigh of relief and Max continued.
\"A lot has happened since the last time everyone was assembled here for an end of the tour report. We\'ve gone through two different commanders to arrive at our present commander. First, at the beginning, we had RA Adam Fene, who had to retire because of RL concerns. Next, we had MGN Cable, who likewise had to retire because of other RS commitments. We arrive at our present CO, who was unable to attend due to special assignment, MGN Bethan Leitbur. Also, in the course of the tour, we\'ve had a change of RS Commanding Officers. First, we had Adm. Rahj, who retired to the appointment of RA Kravis, who likewise retired to the appointment of our present RSFC, VA Spokes Borran, who is in attendance.\"
Spokes stands up and makes his presence known.
\"Also, we\'ve had a change in Redemption Fleet COs. For the longest time, FA Dave Trebonius-Astoris was the fleet CO for Redemption, but he retired. General Sconn was then appointed in his stead. Sconn, say hi to everyone.\"
Sconn waved hi to everyone.
\"Also, through a series of repeated shufflings of wing CS, we now arrive to our current wing command staff. As I mentioned earlier, MGN Bethan Leitbur is the Wing CO; I was chosen to be the Wing XO; Lieutenant Commander Alexander Vandross was chosen to be the Wing SO; LCM Rekstar Rukilian was chosen to be the Wing IO and Training XO; and LCM Sergio Mantis was chosen to be the Training CO, though he has graciously volunteered his services as the designer of our missions. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you our Wing Command Staff.\"
Applause breaks out then dies down.
\"Some events have occurred within the wing as far as squadrons are concerned. In the midst of all our struggles to stay active as a wing, we\'ve had to make some changes to the roster. Skull and Shadow Squadrons are no longer active and their personnel have been relocated to either Wraith or Hydra Squadrons; also, Red-Hand Squadron has been reactivated for use for the new cadets who have been steadily flowing into the Retribution Wing to assuage our losses. We will remember those valiant squadrons and, one day, I hope we are able to bring them back into activity.
\"Now onto the fun stuff. As the Wing XO, I am only able to make recommendations for medal nominations and promotions; however, I\'ve been assured that our paperwork is in order and that the following nominations will be confirmed very shortly. First, we have the RS medal nominations to hand out. Nominated for the Kessel Cup, for doing his best in recruiting for both the RS and the R2W, despite the unusual means he goes about doing so, is LCM Alexander Vandross. Please hold all applause until the end of the presentations. Thank you. Next, we have the Dantooine Key nominations, which are presented to those who have flown consistently since their joining of the R2W, with an exception having been made for the 4-6 month gap in our activity, we have Colonel Argon Viper, Commander Max Cal, General Licah Fox, Lieutenant Commander Alexander Vandross, Lieutenant Commander Mathow Bizegar, Lieutenant Commander Rekstar Rukilian, Lieutenant Commander Sergio Mantis, Major General Leonard Cable, and Major General Xtremegene. We also have a slew of one particular medal to hand out- the Dauntless Combat Citation, which is to be awarded to those who participated in Tour 8, whether it was for one mission or for all of them. What a list that was. Phew, almost out of breath, but then again you all want to hear about the other awards too. Anyway, moving on. We have the medal nominations for Golden Eyes. Up for the nominations for this medal are Commander Max Cal; General Licah Fox; and, because of his participation in the planning of the ITOD missions, Lieutenant Commander Sergio Mantis.
\"For the crucial medals now. As a part of gratitude on my part, I have personally nominated LCMs Rekstar Rukilian, Sergio Mantis, and Alexander Vandross for the Unit Commander\'s Citation for jump-starting the R2W again and for ensuring that the R2W will succeed in the future. Congrats guys, you\'ve earned it.\"
Applause reverberates loudly as Cmdr. Cal starts it and ends it.
\"Lastly, we come to the most prestigious battle award for this tour- the Tour Champion Award. This goes to the pilot who was the Top Gun for the whole tour and that pilot was none other than Colonel Dev Azzameen. Congratulations, Dev, for beating everyone else\'s cumulative score.\"
More applause begins, along with some hoots and whistles in the mix.
\"Now, we get to the R2F/R2W medals. First, we have the Tour 8 Medals, which are given to those who are still active members of the R2W at the end of tour 8. These include the following pilots.
1st Lieutenant Charylie Skylighter
Captain Cain Lyran

Lieutenant Commander Alexander Vandross
Lieutenant Commander Mathow Bizegar
Lieutenant Commander Rekstar Rukilian

Major General Bethan Leitbur
Major Hermann
Major Tiar \"Skosh\" Garnin

\"Moving on. We have the Tour Champions Award, which goes to the top squadron of the whole tour. Despite their inactive status, all the former members of Skull Squadron are to receive this medal because Skull placed higher than any other squadron for the whole tour. The names of those pilots include

Brigadier General Gabrich Varmer
Cadet Toby Starfire
Colonel Argon Viper
Colonel Dev Azzameen
General Licah Fox
General Snappleguy
Lieutenant Colonel jmcgoo
Major General Xtremegene
Major Koral
\"Congrats for your tough scores Skull. We move onto the Top Ace Award, which is given to the pilot who reports the mission with the highest score. This one was close, but with a score that was around 100 points better, LCM Mathow Bizegar edged out ahead and shall be awarded with this medal. Mat, take a bow.\"
Mat stands up to his amazement and takes in the applause and grandeur.
\"Ok Mat, thanks. Finally, we have the Officer Award, which is given to officers who perform their duties above and beyond. Those include LCMs Alexander Vandross, Sergio Mantis, and Rekstar Rukilian.\"
\"Everyone who earned some nomination, please stand up and enjoy your applause- you\'ve been great.\"
Applause reverberates throughout the whole area.
\"Now, onto the promotion nominations. First up, for the ticket, is LCM Sergio Mantis for selflessly giving of his talents to the R2W in creating and promogulating the missions for our ITODs and for volunteering for the
commanding officer position of the TIE Fighter Academy and the Training Officer. Despite the recent promotion from another CO, Sergio does deserve
this promotion because of his tenacity and perseverance in his duty. Congrats Sergio.\"
Sergio is applauded and given a lightsaber salute
.

\"Ok, Jedi, please put those out. Next, we have LCM Rekstar Rukilian for volunteering for the position of Retribution Wing IO and for making sure that our 404s are no
longer in existence. For ensuring that our data in our website is up-to-date and for laying down the foundation for a new-and-improved website. Also, for assisting our cadets to graduation. Take a bow Rek.\"
Rek bows and soaks in the applause.
\"We now have LCM Alexander Vandross for volunteering for the position of Retribution Wing SO and for attempting to recruit others;
also, for being a well-spring of ideas for furthering the cause of the R2W and for actively supporting the CS in their
decisions. Congrats Alex.
\"Next up we have Major Tiar \"Skosh\" Garnin for remaining active in the R2W despite our recent difficulties
. Good job Skosh.
\"We also have LCM Mathow Bizegar for remaining active in the R2W despite our recent difficulties. Again, good job to you Mat.\"
Applause is given in great extent.

\"In closing...\"

\"Wait, there\'s one more on the list,\" Sconn said as he came running up to the podium. \"Having received two letters of recommendation, I hereby promote you, Cmdr. Cal, to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Congrats.\"

Max turns beet-red as he\'s awarded his promotion and is applauded.

\"Wow, that was unexpected. Anyway, thank you all for coming. I\'m sure you all enjoyed our excellent pig and I hope to see more of you around here in the future, as we, as always, want to get our fleet status back. We\'ve come a long way and we definitely dont want to poop out now. For those of you who were accidentally missed in the medals or promotions nominations, please contact either myself, MGN Leitbur, LCM Alexander, LCM Rekstar, or LCM Sergio for a correction. And with that, may the Force be with you!\"
