The IO staff is aware that there are still issues with the site. This is mainly due to some configurations on the server with the new operating system that was installed when we had to reset it, and mainly involves forms not working properly or data not being retrieved correctly from the database.

Please log all anomalies with the support call system, which is now working. Here is a link for your convenience.

If you wish to contact me via IRC, please leave a more detailed message about the problem and I'll be able to fix it much faster. "FIX THE SITE!!!" won't get anything accomplished. Tell us WHAT is broken and HOW it is supposed to work and we'll have it working in no time. Many of us don't know exactly how your group's/squad's/fleet's pages are exactly supposed to work, so they're difficult to fix if we don't know exactly what they're supposed to be doing.
