Greetings RSers,

On behalf of the Training Office and especially of General Petr Margul, I am pleased to announce that the Rebel Squadrons Officer Training School (OTS) is now online and is opening instruction to prospective applicants. The OTS is the first postgraduate instruction to be offered by the RS in some time.

The OTS is primarily designed for newer members, or those recently assigned to leadership positions in the RS, who wish to experience a variety of leadership styles, and explore solutions to a plethora of issues typical to an RS leadership position in a safe, stress-free environment. The duration and graduation requirements of the OTS are scaled to meet the needs of each individual student.

Graduates of the OTS will have a firm grasp of the duties expected of an individual in an XO or CO position at any level of command, from squadron to fleet. Graduates will also have an array of tools and techniques to deal with common problems, such as inactivity. The officer in charge of the OTS, General Petr Margul, is a long-standing RS member with years of leadership experience in the club. This program is highly recommended and may help to give prospective leaders an advantage when applying for future command positions.
