Greetings, Members of the Redemption Fleet!
Another month has flown past, and it is once again time to see where the RF is at.
1.Fleet Command News
It is, with a deal of sadness that I announce the resignation of DaLe Ketan as RID CO. As many of you know, Dale was recently appointed as RS Training Officer and has resigned his other posts to fully concentrate on his new role. While I am not happy about losing an officer of Dales caliber, I can fully understand why Dale has done this, and wish him all the best for his new position.
This means that the position of RID CO is now vacant and applications are now being taken. Applicants should be able to detail an extensive command history, a passion for EAW and the RID and need to supply a plan with how they plan to grow the RID to full fleet status. Applications for this position will close on the 17th of June.
2. RID News
As mentioned above, Dale has stepped down as RID CO and applications are now being taken for this position. Dale will stay on until a new CO has been appointed.
RID 104 is now complete and results should be out shortly. I also have it on good authority that 105 is only a day or two away.
The EAW Campaign tournament is almost ready to go. Contact Capt. Mumishi for details.
3. CD News.
In the CD, Maj Reb Jaxra has now assumed full control from Dale and members are trying desperately to work around disparate timezones to get the first round of the BF2 tournament completed.
CD 104 is complete and results should be out shortly, along with 105.
4. Zealot News.
The last month has seen Zealot groups activity go through the roof, with all members contributing to a action packed, fast paced story that I have been following with great interest. I encourage all members to take a look at their efforts for the 104 mission, you won't be disappointed.
5. Vanguard News.
SWG seems to be making something of a resurgence this month and Leaph is once again actively recruiting for the RSPA. If you are interested, please contact him directly through the Starsider server.
6. Promotions and Awards
Luren "DaLe" Ketan - Dale, for your work as RID CO, I am proud to award you the Iridium Spire. Congratulations and thank you.
7. Miscellaneous Stuff
ONce again, the message remains the same: Activity, activity, activity! The RF has many, many fun ways to get involved with many different MP and SP options. We are all here to have fun, and that can't happen unless we get involved.

now if we can only get some commandos to play in BF2 competitions, that would be like.....lovely.
