Server to be slow on occasion

Over the course of the month, the server might seem to load slow at times. This is because the internet team will be doing backups, starting with the fleet websites, the wiki, then the main site.
There won't be any outages.. yet.
Yet is because, when the backup is complete, we'll be shutting the server down so we can upgrade the software to it. Hopefully making it more secure and easier to use in the future. What this means to most of you, is nothing. What this means to website coders is alot. With luck we'll be upgrading to PHP 5, the latest MySQL, and newest distro kernal for our linux. All in all, happiness all around.
We will let you all know when the site is going down so you can prepare.
