Fellow Patriots:

I would like to apologize for my absence on IRC and just in general; I decided it was in my best interests to take an unannounced semi-LOA for a little while. But let me assure you that I am back in full force. Having said that, let’s get down to business.

The Fourth of July is now behind us. I hope that each and every one of you had a wonderful time celebrating the birth of our great nation with your loved ones. Now that I’ve spoken my peace, here’s this month’s news for the Patriot Starfighter Group!

GDF 1.06 just recently came to a close. Narratives are due tonight at 11:59 PM Eastern, so get those in while you still have time. I want to take this opportunity to thank those of you who put forth the effort to fly the mission. Numbers were lower than I would have liked to see, but I also understand that this is the time of year where a lot of us decide to take a well needed vacation. Not to mention the mission due date was very close to the 4th of July. But, I expect to see better next mission!

I will now take a moment to extend some congratulations for accomplishments from GDF 1.06:
- Top Gun (X-Wing): Gavin Starseeker
- Top Gun (TIE): Gavin Starseeker
- Mission Report Medal: Damon Lightwind
- Top Squad (X-Wing): Gold Squadron
- Top Squad (TIE): Gold Squadron

Congratulations to these pilots, but more importantly, to each and every one of you for a job well done. Also, congratulations to Gold Squadron for winning top squad for both X-Wing AND TIE!! Medals and merits will follow once the deadline for narratives passes.

I want to thank all of you for yet another successful Tour of Duty. Your dedication to this fleet never fails to amaze me, and it has truly been a privilege to serve with you as your commanding officer. As we approach the unified RS ITOD, I hope to see more of the same. As we make our transition, we in PSG Command will work diligently to make it seamless as possible.

As always, if you have any questions, please get them on my desk ASAP.

There may be some big changes in the near future for us, but I will fill you in more on said changes once they have been discussed and voted upon by our High Command.

That’s all for this month’s edition of the Patriot Newsletter. Tune in next month for more exciting news!

‘’:)
Brigadier General Eric Reagan
Patriot Starfighter Group Commanding Officer
