I. Intro
Welcome everyone to another RID newsletter. I thought for a change of pace, we'd have one before the mission started instead of during it. I hope you enjoy reading it.

II. Tours
a. End of Tour 1
Well well well, it's the end of the tour. Let me tell you guys, we should celebrate, because we went out with a bang. You'll see just how much in the next section.

b. Start of Tour 2
Well, it's about a week before the start of tour 2, which should be a good tour. Let's keep this up and start tour 2 out as well as we ended tour 1. That would be fantastic. LET'S GO RID! Heh, my one cheer.

III. Results of 112
First of all, let me say wow, just wow. I am amazed and impressed with every one of you. We saw 22 reports, and that is fantastic. It's better than VSG, PSG, or RSCD. It also means that 92% of active members reported. For that, 22 of you have gotten RID medals of excellence. Well done all of you. In addition to that, Shochu had a 100% reporting rate, which comes to 8 VUCs. Again, well done! The 5 reporting members of Chisha have been awarded the top TF medal. That's 35 medals awarded for one mission so far, and we're still not done. RID CS is on that matter, so it will be done soon.

IV. RSCD Merger
I know we were supposed to be merged with RSCD, and technically we are. It just doesn't look like it yet because Max has yet to tell Josh what to do. Believe me though, it will happen soon enough. I know the Battlers Platoon has yet to get any kind of anything, and this is why. Again, give it time.

V. Change in command staff
Cody has stepped down as RID SO. However, he has agreed to continue doing what he was doing already. So, Cody, I want to say thank you for your service to RID. On that note, I'd like to welcome Major Dismal Dupar. He is the new RID SO. Dismal, congratulations, and good luck on the position. I feel you will be a great help to the wing. Therefore, you get a drink on me. Again, congrats on getting RID SO.

VI. Promotions and recognitions
Well, this is a tad unfortunate, I have no promotions to give at the time. However, Keiran was recently promoted to Captain, so well done. The other promotion was myself, but I'm writing the newsletter, so I'm not going to write about that in here. As for recognitions, I'd like to recognize Major Dismal Dupar. Already, he's done good work as RID SO. Thank you, and keep it up Dismal. I'd also like to recognize Cody, for trying to report on the mission even though he had circumstances that wouldn't let him get to it in time. It shows his dedication.

VII. MP Activity
Well, slowly but surely, more people are signing up for the comp against GE:ER. I know Anubis is on LoA, but he'll get to this stuff when he gets back. We're trying our best to do this, and play more normal matches and things like ICTE. FOR RID, PLAY SOME MATCHES!

VIII. Closing remarks
Well, that's all I have to say for right now. Again, congratulations everyone for your performance on 112, congrats to Keiran on his promotion, and congrats to Dismal for getting RID SO. Until the next newsletter.
