With the oncoming change in weather, I had a couple of random firing synapses happen to fire off in sequence. I marked it on the calendar, too, because sometimes that's a rare thing.
Anyway.
I've got a jacket that I've had for about a dozen years - it's a black jean jacket, and I had my "Castor" Logo airbrushed on the back. I got it at a local FleaMarket type mall on Long Island. Back when I got it, it cost me 50$ for the jacket and the airbrushing - I didn't even have to buy the jacket first. The guy looked guessed my size (very accurately, I might add), and asked if I had a picture of the logo. I brought him a picture the next day, and he told me to come pick it up in three days. So I did. And I've worn it every season that wasn't too hot or cold. I get comments now and then still.
Anyway.
It's a very cool jacket, and it's lasted a long time, and I've got it up on my personal site, if you want to see it - http://mtnlionrc.webs.com/jacket.jpg
I had a second picture that showed it better, but I'm not finding it right now.
If it's not too geeky an idea for you... it's functional for the weather, and decent advertising for the RS - particularly if you live in a city and can give it some "exposure".

Are you trying to sell the jacket, dad? Cause this is a liitle confusing? ADM Castor Efrata-Landis - Thu Oct 22 2009, 8:18pm
Absolutely not! Get yer own jacket. Contact the Graphics department if you need a personal logo to put on your own jacket. Terrack Jace, and he's got about 4 people he can delegate to.Can't imagine why anyone would want a jacket with Castor's logo on it.
Sheesh!
(:

No. ...to buying you a jacket and to why you were confused. The word "point" comes to mind. (:But thanks for clearing that up. I guess I prollyshudda had a third synapse fire in that sequence.

I see a either a guest house/mother-in-law house/shop/garage building in the back, a grill, and lots of flat space. Now why aren't you inviting us over for a cook-out and drinks?-Ton
ADM Castor Efrata-Landis - Mon Oct 26 2009, 9:59pm
Hey, Ton! That was about 010 years ago, at least. However. I've been here in NC for over 8 years, and I've got a rebuilt Weber grill and a Ducane. I just filled up the tanks, so I can run both. Cooking can happen any time anyone shows up. Consider it a Standing Invitation. Look for Pineway Lane in Graham in Mapquest. You can't even see my house until you get to the end of the road. When you get to the place that looks like it ought to be on Kessel... that's my driveway. I've got seven dogs, so you may want to announce yourself before you come in. Six of them are Border Collies, and they're kinda territorial. (:
