Good evening everyone. As you are all well aware, or at least I hope you are; if
you're keeping up with RS news, I've been re-elected as RSFC. I'd like to open
up with a Happy Thanksgiving to those who celebrate, and... well... hello to
everyone who does not.

I'd like to begin my second term as Fleet Commander by reminding everyone that I
am available near 24/7 on IRC (Undernet server) under the nickname ADM_Raven or
some similar name. I can also be contacted on AIM via the screen name Scorbolt.
I intend to make myself readily available to anyone and anyone who wishes to
contact me. For now, as you are aware, we currently have two general IRC
channels for people to 'hang out'; the #RS_Bar_And_Grill and #Rebelsquadrons. I
will be in both channels until further notice.

I'd like to give you all a quick rundown of what I'm going to be doing, and how
you can keep up with everything that's going on. Due to the holiday weekend, no
major issues are going to be tackled, as I'd like to give HC time to enjoy the
company of their friends and families; especially after the arduous task of
electing a new Fleet Commander. I will send out another update Tuesday as a full
SotRS for this month which will outline, in more detail, what is to come.

Over this weekend I intend to:

Fully update the FC page, including reviving the FC log so that everyone can
track what I'm doing, and beat me upside the head if I miss something obvious.
I'd like to emphasize: PLEASE contact me if you have ideas/questions/concerns! I
am here to help each and every one of you and do what I can for this club. Talk
to me! :D


Review applications for RSXO! That's right, with a new FC comes a new XO, and I
am accepting any and all applications for the position. Feel free to E-mail an
appropriate application to Scorbolt@Aol.com that includes your RS experience,
why you want to be RSXO, and any other information that you think I might find
useful.


Overview various pitches that have been already made involving the status of the
RS and where we want to go. I have to say that I have an exciting array of ideas
and programs to implement that, as stated earlier, will be outlined in the SotRS
on Tuesday.


Hopefully, I'll be able to give everyone a good picture of where we're going to
be going in the coming days. I hope everyone has a great weekend, and I look
