On behalf of the RS High Command; it is my pleasure to announce to you the results of a vote taken last week.

Lieutenant General Kirghy Lommax; step forward. For the last year, you have provided a steady hand at the helm of this club by directing efforts on the RS Reorganization mandated to you by a HC vote during the term of previous RSFC FA Michael Raven. Bit by bit over the last year, you've chipped away at the small steps needed to make the vision of RS Reorganization a reality by shoring up executive offices, implementing a new scoring system and working behind the scenes with the Internet Office to make sure that we are truly ready for reorganization on a technical front.

For this and more; High Command has seen fit to bestow on you a promotion to full General - congrats, Kirghy, and as tradition dictactes - drinks are on you. Make mine a double.
