Minor change in the Medals Database

Members of the RS,
I have recently changed the descriptions of the Service Medals between 10 and 20 years. The former version said that these medals "can only be nominated and awarded by the Fleet Commander", now the nomination part is missing. I believe that everybody has the right to nominate another club member to a Service Medal, the extra boost is that if a member has served 10 or more years, they will get the medal from the FC him/herself.

On another note, if anybody is interested in working for the Medals Office (mostly creating images for the medals, but I'm open for any ideas about my office in general, like new medals, changes, etc.), please, don't hesitate to send me an e-mail or a Private Message.
